According to Bersin & Associates’ findings, experienced companies cite technology as both a driver and an enabler of talent management. A truly integrated talent management suite enables easier and more strategic HR communications across the organization by supporting previously disparate HR processes and functions, such as training, performance management and succession planning. The research report also references real-life company scenarios and business goals that require learning, performance and succession planning processes, for example, to be based on fully integrated systems.
