Success Services leads Release Communication to introduce new features and familiarize clients with how they can be used from a business context. From initial release announcements to our live webcasts and detailed release notes, we provide the foundation for you to build an effective communications plan for your internal teams.
Our Success Services professionals are experts with Cornerstone functionality and have extensive business experience with the underlying processes for which you use Cornerstone. In conjunction with our Consulting team, they can help you optimize your current use of Cornerstone, to ensure you are getting full benefit from the system. Our client portal, Cornerstone Success Center, acts as a virtual, 24x7 user group while also allowing clients to test drive our enterprise social networking platform, Cornerstone Connect. Cornerstone Success Center takes advantage of Connect’s Web 2.0 and social networking functionality, providing clients with a forum for interacting with peers and Cornerstone team members to ask questions, learn more about Cornerstone’s features, share best practices, provide product suggestions, and much more!
